<p>After the VREY long chat with a live assitance person i have come to the conclusion im screwed if i wanna play again...</p><p>My account was hacked and promptly banned, thats good, i wanted it unbanned so i could play.</p><p>Ok i gave you guys the last 4 digits of the credit card used for me to bill the account + the address of the card holder, all that good stuff.</p><p>And i need another card to verify?So i gave my credit card numbers, which was used to purchase some LON cards... still cant be verified, they are not good enough.</p><p>I have no other cards i know of that were used, what do i do?</p><p>You wont accept my security answer, CD keys or anything.Should i just forget my login since apparantly i wont be unbanned...</p>

<p>It's possible whoever hacked you changed the CC#, there's a few other people reporting this here in the forums.</p>

<p>Have you actually spoken to a person?  Or just done this through the website?  It would be better to speak with a person to get this done faster.</p>
