Unable to Pickup Researched Spell.

<p>Went to the research assistant and was unable to pick up my completed spell. When I click on the RA - it says completed and PICKUP button is highlighed. But I am unable to pick up the spell. Also I did NOT get an in-game mail saying that the spell was ready for pick up - what is going on??</p>

<p>Make sure your PC clock date and time are correct.  This happened to me once when my PC clock wasn't correct.</p>
