launchpad issues

<p>Hi all</p><p>I just installed EQ2 from a digital download, I previously had the free-to-play one.  After getting all signed up and trying the launch pad I seem to have a few issues, seen in the picture below.  I'm running on vista, I tried telling it to run as admin and run for windows 7, service pack 2 with the same results</p><p>Any suggestions?</p><p>Thanks</p><p><img src="http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/7889/launchpady.jpg" width="1600" height="900" /></p>

<p>We've had several reports from players that they are having trouble getting the streaming client to work.  Most of these issues were fixed by updating <a href="http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe" target="_blank">Adobe Flash</a>.</p>

<p>Thanks for the reply, I ran the update, rebooted computer, sadly still no luck</p>
