Game issues?

<p>I've been playing EQ2 for a little while now, thinking of going Gold with it, however the inconsistencies are stopping me.</p><p>I can rarely log in without issue, it will freeze at random times and then refuse to close, even with the Task Manager. Also, it does the "Caching Appearances" for up to 20 minutes every time I turn on the program (Outside of it crashing), is there a way to make it more consistent and easier to use? Or do I just have to suck it up?</p><p>When I first got the game, it came up instantly without issue. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I haven't changed anything with my computer or the program since I got the game.</p>
