Cannot connect

<p>I'm having this problem for the second time.  I see that the servers went down this morning for maintenance, but checking here; <a rel="nofollow" href="http://everquest2.com/serverstatus/" target="_blank">http://everquest2.com/serverstatus/</a> they appear online now.</p><p>All it does is start the game and cycle through attempting to connect to login servers before just saying it cannot connect and closing.  I am seeing the new loading windows for Arcanum.</p><p>Last time I had to uninstall and reinstall the whole game to get it to work again and I am not going to continue to do so every few days when it decides not to work anymore.  I already tried power-cycling my modem.</p><p>Under About This Application in the patcher is says Version: Application: 381  Shell: 3.0.0.220  Plug-in: 137</p><p>If that is at all relevant.</p>

<p>Issue seems to be with ZoneAlarm.  Works with ZoneAlarm set in 'Game Mode', for anyone else who may be having the same problem.</p>
