game starts up but crashes immediately, please help!

<p>I just downloaded the EQ2 extended and i click play n it says playing then the screen goes black with fancy cursor then blicks completely black n then cursor comes back up n game crashes saying "EQ2 Client Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience." anyone know how i can fix this?!?!</p>
