Station Launcher won't install (eq2ui_mainhud_tutorial.xml file size can't be determined)

<p>I have read through the forums, other websites, tried everything and the same message about not being able to determine the size of this file ****eq2ui_mainhud_tutorial.xml*** is coming up and the install stops and loops around 100-150 MB.</p><p>I have deleted and tried reinstalling.  I have deleted the temp folders.  I have done everything suggested.  Is there a work-around that I do not know of that has worked for others?</p><p>I have NO add-ons, this is a fresh install and I did it to get away from the streaming client which has been causing me and a lot of other people problems since the game update (crashing).</p><p>Please help....</p><p>I don't want to go back to the streaming client.</p>
