BUG: Warlock's Static of Discharge Rank 1 is Broken

<p>9 times out of 10, it says "no targets in range".  It is a magic damage on targets in area of effect.  It won't work if I am at a distance and it wont work if I am standing on top of them.  Please investigate/fix.  Thank you.</p>

Read the description. It is a frontal cone with a 15m radius, which means that the mobs you want to hit have to be standing in front of you and within 15 meters.

<p>Best way to use it is to be swinging a weapon at the mob, with autoface on.  That almost always puts the mob in the correct position to be hit.</p><p>(Static Discharge is a Sorcerer ability btw.)</p>

<p>Its a crappy abilitly no one should ever use it.</p><p>Matter fact I wouldnt even put it on your hotbar, every AOE a warlock has is much better in every way.</p>
