<p>Open a new PvP Server</p><p>1. Remove Mentoring (anti farming, anti PL)</p><p>2. Remove Combat Experience (PvP only)</p><p>3. Remove Immunity (Keep Moving or Die)</p><p>4. Remove Carnage (Lets make the City a good place to fight, and make the Guards earn their Keep)</p><p>5. Remove BGs (anti farming, anti PL)</p><p>6. Remove Warfields (anti farming, anti PL)</p><p>7. Remove Combat Engagement Rules. (Lets fight)</p><p>8. Level Locking at 10 (Lets Twink)</p><p>9. No transfers (level here or Dont come)</p><p>10. Death Penalty on AA exp (Learn how to Play or suffer)</p><p>10. Random Class Nerfs that last one Month. (Random Chaotic Gimping, to keep the Whine flowing)</p><p>Watch the server population go up and leave it alone. (Experiment on the PvE Servers and leave us alone)</p><p>This would be 1 bad a*% Retro Server.</p><p>Insanity is trying the same exact thing over and over and expecting different results!</p><p>Try someting different!</p>

<p>Only thing I could agree with tbh is, Removing Warfield they do nothing but hurt pvp. People come out to kill the towers not pvp, after said towers are dead everyone leaves and pvp is dead for about 2 more hours.</p>

I can think of other ways to promote pvp than some towers with npc's.</p><p>#1) Bring back the old fame system</p><p>#2) Get rid of the cookie cutter "one size fits all" pvp gear and introduce a wide variety of new armor and jewlery</p><p>#3) make the pvp gear take some time to aquire. make each piece require alot of tokens.</p><p>#4)Go back to 1 token per writ</p><p>#5) Have a random "Hot zone" for pvp.. while pvping in the hot zone you recieve 2 tokens per writ instead of one.. make it last like 2 hours per day. SOE could make use of the older zones/expansions this way, KoS, EoF etc etc.</p><p>I also believe that making pve better can promote actual PVP.. what i mean is.. make lvl 90 toons wanna go quest. Instead of run zones, raid, and BG / WF. Make super ridiculously long quest lines that take each one days/weeks to complete.</p><p>mke sure the rewards are sufficient enough to warrant such long quests.. i dont mean some legendary HQ item either.. i mean like a fabled pvp item thats hawt!</p><p>Everyone would be doing the quest, you would run into pvp everywhere.</p><p>Introduce a new rediculously long quest line each month or two.</p>
<p>IF SOE DID A NEW STYLE PVP SERVER WITH A VINTAGE FEEL I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS STUFF ON IT>>></p><p>REMOVE IMMUNITY</p><p>REMOVE MENTORING...no more pwr lvling..</p><p>REMOVE INSTANT TRAVEL...no more bells, ports or guild flags..</p><p>REMOVE INSTANCES help promote open world activity...</p><p>REMOVE BGs</p><p>REMOVE RAID FORMATE in pvp...</p><p>REMOVE EXILE FACTION and reason why below..</p><p>ADD FFA option from a Dicord merchant to flag yourself FFA...EQ1 style baby...</p><p>ADD PVP GEAR SUITED FOR DIFF CLASSES...remove cookie cutter same gear for all...Set Bonus FTW...</p><p>BRING BACK FAME but with 100% risk vs reward...u lose or gain fame off ANY title, it only makes sense...just higher the title u kill the more fame you get...old bracket BS never made sense..</p><p>CHANGE WFs to 1hr</p><p>5 Tokens PER WRIT IS FINE...raiders STOP begging for pvp wriits to be nerfed..</p><p>and again Xavior and the rest of the NEWLY Exile and Old Exile stop ranting over tokens...PVPrs get gear on the same time frame as hardcore raiders....so stop your Crying...you get what you put in...besides your not scared to fight people well geared just like u, are uuuuuuu?</p>

<p>slow down overland travel, make the max speed of travel 55% , no mounts until u reach lvl 35+.</p>

Most of what your saying here I will probably agree with but not this. PVP 100% of the time is going to get boring to anyone. Say what you want, its the truth and everyone whether they admit to it or not knows it. You have to have places to go and see, things to do that take your mind off of what you mainly find yourself doing.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Think of it this way. If you worked 7days a week, 365 days a year with no breaks (save for being sick and whatnot) how long would you last at that job? how would you feel? I have to tell you 5 days a week full time is enough to spend at most jobs for most people. Having a those days off in the week, vacations, things of that nature makes being there more easier to handle. So why compare a job to a game? well if you pvp your whole time here then killing people becomes a tedious chore and you want something else to do....and you removed it.</span></strong></p><p>REMOVE BGs</p><p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Along with the instant travel this was the next thing up there as things that were worst to break pvp. BG basically keeps people in guild halls, houses, sometimes soloing. They will que and BG and keep queing...kinda of a cycle until they either get bored or log off. It prevents grouping in most cases and prevents open world pvp. Both group and pvp mostly because there arent ppl out in the world like there use to be. The occasional person soloing is not as common imo. I dont care about it either so I dont have anything to say on it. As far as the FFA it sounds kinda like the bluebie version of PVP tbh. The have to flag themselves pvp and can easily unflag themselves. Never played EQ1 though so maybe I just am misunderstanding it.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">I like the Fame idea. Of course what there is now anything would be better tbh. All you have to do right now is never log off or log off very seldom and pvp frequently and you too can obtain overlord in title. pfft. Thats all it is too is a title now too. Doesnt mean jack like it use too. When titles first started they actually meant something of an idication of the opponents skill level.</span></strong></p></blockquote>
