"Lack of" Support Forums

<p>Many of us are having the exact same issue with the station launcher after this LU release, it updates part of the way and just hangs up. There are several (if not more) postings in the support forums about this issue with absolutley no response from SoE. Since i see there is a small amount of monitoring going on in this forum I figured I would take a chance that someone from Sony who knows/cares would take a second to notice the people asking for help in the other forum.</p>

<p>Ya good luck, there is almost ZERO chance a post in the support forums will be answered by a Red Name!</p><p>And this post will very likely be moved to the support forums or just deleted when the stay at home moms, I mean volunteer mods get out of bed!</p>

<p>I had problems too with the launcher but finally after logging out, restarting my comp then restarting the launcher I am having no issues. If you use EQ2Maps and ProfitUI, make sure you also update those as well.</p>

<p>I had absolutely no problems with the GU#58, nor the launcher. It went quickly and smoothly with no gliches. Of course, I use the normal UI from SoE.</p><p>Anyone who uses a different setup from add-ons will normally have problems until the add-on is updated. I don't know if that's the situation with those who have problems or not.</p><p>As for computers, I use WIN7 on an IMac through bootcamp.</p>
