Summon Mount ability needs some work....

<p>Please fix the "Summon Mount" ability so that it greys out when your mount is active.</p><p>It can be a pain to sort through all the maintained effects to find the correct icon for whatever mount you may be using.</p>

<p>It also needs to be able to summon it (apply the buff) regardless of whether you are 'indoors' or 'outdoors.' The runspeed knows when you apply or not, so allowing you to put the buff up indoors does not negatively impact anything.</p>

<p>They should require the mount be summoned to be placed in the mount window as well so they can finally get rid of the multiple mount buff bug. </p>
