Hello there,

I played EQOA for a couple years until EQ2 came out. I then started playing EQ2. I had this on the Station Pass but then my son played EQOA and I played EQ2 and we couldnt play at the same time. I started a new account for EQ2 and moved my toon over to that account so my son and I could play at the same time. I currently have the $29.99 monthly subcription option (Station Pass) but my account age only shows up as about 6yrs and 2 months.

When I first asked they said there was no way to get my account age corrected, but that was 3-4 years ago. I started this toon on launch day or a few days later and I feel slighted each time a new vet award comes out and I have to wait.

Is there any way to fix this by now? I can provide all information necessary.

Thank you.

Without having done a hand tally of your paid subscription months, I can tell you that EQ2 first appeared on this account on 5/19/05, which was 5 yrs and 4 months ago. If we assume you've been subscribed ever day since then, it still sounds like you're getting credit for more time than you should.

If he bought the expansions that gave credit (all 4) he would be getting less though.

Silat

I am not disputing my current time. Perhaps my post title was poorly thought out. I know there was some bonus given for buying expansions and such. I couldnt begin to do the math. I am asking if there is a way for me to combine my other account with this one so I can get credit for full time since launch?

There were 4 expansions that gave 90 free days onto your time if I remember correctly.

However if you transfer a character onto another account, it takes the age of that account regardless if it is coming from an older account to a younger one. There is no way to merge the accounts that I have seen on these forums.

It might be a good idea to contact them directly in case the TSR doesn't see your message again tonight.

[EQII] Contacting Tech Support
