We do try to accommodate everyone by rotating when we can, but quite often certain classes will only be playing on our 'farming' raids as opposed to the much more interesting raids where we are trying out HM strategies. Some members will solve their problem by switching from the toon they love to play to one of the more raid-friendly classes, which is just plain wrong to me and must diminish the game.</p> <p >I believe that one way to reduce the dependence of the raid on certain classes is to give everyone 10 concentration slots and make group buffs raid wide – if not all group buffs, then particularly those offered by chanters and bards and maybe even some healers.</p> <p >Yes yes, I would probably be doing myself out of a regular raid slot but at least I could look the less ‘desired’ classes in my guild in the eye as I take my place in the rotation …</p><p > </p>

They do not think a minute about it. 4 Bards 4 Chanters per raid compared to 1 maybe 2 predators, rogues or whatever. SoE really needs to re-think this stupid system, its really unfair for many classes.</p>

<p>Yes please pick up on what you did in SF beta but provide a <strong>good</strong> user interface for the buffing and <strong>please</strong> don't make us recast every buff four times each every time we die like you did then. You know this needs to be solved, 8 healers and 8 utility classes per raid is too much. One per class should be enough.</p>

Raids will be designed with higher DPS in mind, because all the top level guilds will fill those slots with T1 DPS classes. Certain raid encounters will now have a huge DPS check. Those encounters will be just as hard to progress through for casual guilds.</p>
