SC on test copy

<p>its turned off atm cause you could purchase character slots on test_copy with your unlimmited SC points, and since it was bound to your account, it worked on Live servers giving you no need to purchase it on live (loophole/bug).  Im sure they will re-activate it once they figure out how to fix it.</p>
