Can someone share with me what is the secret to changing your own password? No, this is not your basic noob question on how do I change my pw. The problem is, I know full well how to do it and no matter what new password I give it, the system refuses to accept it. Every new pw I have tried meets the password standards and it rejects every single one.

What's is the error message? Are you sure you're typing it the same both times?

"Invalid Password. To help ensure your privacy, please choose a password that meets the Requirements displayed."

Yes I am typing it the same both times and yes it also meets the requirements. I have upper and lower case letters, symbols, numbers, it is not the same as my username, and it is between 6-15 characters. I have tried multiple passwords. It accepts nothing.

I'm guessing it's the symbols that's causing the trouble. Just do numbers and letters and see what happens.

Thats odd... it finally took it. Problem I have is I don't like not using symbols and my old password in fact had symbols in it.

Maybe it was just one of the new symbols that you were trying to use....
