New Raid Gear?

<p>If theres not even Forearm / Chest / Hands pieces yet, do you honestly think they're finished developing those items? 95% Chance all those stats will be changed.</p>

<p>maybe there intent was to add part of a set, not the full set?</p><p>why would they offer a chest, which would essentially be easier to get than killing 4 rune theer? and better if its really T4 raid armor</p>
