<p>This item have savage healing 3 proc on it, which is completely undesireable because if you need that proc you are meleeing, Meaning it's more than likely trash, in which case you would want to wear the DPS proc on the scout helm over it anyways. Add Runic Absorb IV or something</p>

<p>Ditto for the cleric version of the new helm.    It's a downgrade compared to the T3 Imbued Maalas helm with Runic Absorption.</p>

<p>I think they should keep the savage healing proc but ADD the healing based proc as well. especially given leather helms have celestial restoration on.</p>
