Login Server Not Responding

<p>Hey,</p><p>So I have recently moved to the UK from the US and last night spent some time playing EQ2 without any problems at all. Today however, when trying to launch the game I'm greeted with a "Login Server Not Responding" message. I'm wondering if this has something to do with my change in location (despite no having this issue last night) or whether the server is actually down (though I couldn't find any scheduled downtime and no one else seems to have posted a thread about this issue). Any info is greatly appreciated! I'm using the streaming client by the way.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>Is this within the LaunchPad or after you've hit the "play" button?  Unfortunately, there are very similar error messages within both the LaunchPad and game.</p><p>-dan</p>

<p>Hi Dan,</p><p>Thanks for the response, sorry for my lack of one. This error is occuring after the game launches, shows the Halas Reborn logo with the brief nvidia ad and then the "trying login sever 2, 3, 4, etc," message appears, finally saying try again later. I'm tried disabling anyway firewalls that might be turned on, but it hasn't made a difference. I'm running windows 7 on this computer and literally have Firefox, ACT, EQ2, and EQ2 Maps installed. No virus protection, nothing else. Haven't visited any websites were I believe there would be risk of having a virus.</p><p>If I can provide any other information that may help, please let me know. <p>Having same/similar issue. I was able to play for through an instance earlier tonight, then got kicked to char sel soon after, i got logged in for a minute then kicked again. then when i'm trying to get back in, it'll either say i already have a toon logged in, or, if i wait a bit, it'll look like it's taking me to the game but it'll loop back to char sel, or it says "Server did not respond in a timely manner and may be backlogged. Please try again in a few minutes." rinse and repeat. very frustrating. is no one else having this problem? Help please.</p>

<p>Ok, so it appears this is only affecting my 3 main toons? nice lol. i can log in with my lvl 12 wiz and lvl 6 brig just fine. [Removed for Content]</p>

<p>I have since figured this issue out. The university I'm living at and whose internet I'm using seems to have some kind of block that is active between 9 AM and 5 PM daily. The rest of the time I've been able to log in without problem.</p>

<p>I'm having the same issue.</p><p>I only just signed up for EQ2 today and was playing for a few minutes until it disconnected.</p><p>Now I hit the 'PLAY' button in the launch pad and and then it keeps rotating through login servers until it gives up.</p>

<p>Anyone got a fix for it?  having the same problem on one of my computers.  The one running Windows 7... the other 2 computers have no problem logging in.</p>
