<p>Hi,</p><p>I paid for a gold account and i made sure to pick EQ2X but after renewing it said active on my account but I could not login. I ensured that i was using the new launcher and the EQ2X and it still showed as not having a subscription it would not allow me to login. I then went back into my account and renewed EQ2 and after this said active I could sign in now. the problem is I have been billed twice can my account be credited or reverse the charge. judt worried that one of the accounts may go inactive and mess up my account after the 30 days.</p>

<p>I'm not too sure what happened, but you definitely purchased the Gold Membership for EQ2-X and a month of regular time on Live.  You're intending to play EQ2-X and need the regular one reversed, correct?  Can you<a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10404" target="_blank"> put in a ticket</a> for me and PM me the reference number, and I'll help you out?</p>
