Noob pet question...

<p>I think I might be doing this wrong.  I have my pet on ranged and protect me but since I root the baddie and blast away the pet never picks up that I am being attacked.  I've taken to running through the mob after rooting it just to sic my pet on it too.</p><p>Is there a better way to do this?  I there a command/macro that will have him attack a target?</p>
