<p>either i click log in and i get "launcher.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...."</p><p>OR if i get past that and log in, i click play and it completely freezes (not responding)</p><p>can't play. launcher sucks, always has problems.</p>

<p>I have been having the same issue for weeks now, WEEKS!. [Removed for Content] SoE.. are you disabled in the brain?. running Windows XP sp3, with all my graphic updates up to date, etc... I have no freakin clue [Removed for Content] is going on with your (sub contracted) launcher... but as the OP stated its Junk crap at best.. takes me anywhere from 5-20+ minutes to just get into the game.. and once im into character screen, one or all of my toons will be invisable.. So i just say to my self "Forget it, its not worth it".  20 minute log in time, then i play for about 20 minutes, then i get called away to do chores or cook... pretty lame..</p><p>How did you (SoE) make it to "Live" status for the Extended version of eq2?.. 'Cause its obviously not working as intended. what crap..</p>

<p>surprisingly my launcher is working smoothly today. we'll see how long that lasts. i predict from experience that problems will reappear tomorrow and continue for a couple weeks</p>
