<p>This post probably doesn't belong in this forum but I only play on Test and it was to do with a Test patch so I figure this is a good as place as any!</p><p>I haven't used the /petition system often but one of the recent patches to Test caused me some grief with a couple newish alts.  I'd just lke to say - I doubt if SoE pays them enough.  Customer service folk were polite, helpful, patient with my frustration and very understanding of the game mechanics and content.  Smokejumper? Give those guys a raise!</p>
