I'm wondering if anyone has completed the Swords of Destiny, Qeynos Claymore, and Norrath's Hope timelines all on one character. If so, did anything magical and spectacular happen?

I've seen the video of the Shissar Calendar in Anashti' Sul's room in the Palace of the Ancient One, but am not sure how the Chelsith Stone comes into play, if at all.

Currently working on completing the three myself, but getting people to do Leviathan again is going to be a challenge...

Nothing spectacular. Hubby was able to see the calendar with both swords in hand but as far as I know, nothing came from the chesith stone

One of the rewards from the ROK raid quest is the Amulet of Drelakis or Drolakis or something. It's a level 10 equippable necklace that sticks with you after the quest. I haven't found anything to do with it yet, but I run around with it equipped sometimes.

Not sure if this is helpful, but the Drolakis were a tribe of Kylong Iksar living near the Dreadlands who were led by an Iksar named Thuuga. Venril captured them and corrupted them into the first Drolvargs for his army. Although corrupted, Thuuga still managed to hide away some of his prized magics and artifacts in the hidden temple...
