from update notes

[Fan Faire Feedback] “Time Warp” no longer has an immunity timer and applies to both the target and the illusionist.

[Fan Faire Feedback] “Time Warp Preparation” no longer uses the same icon as “Time Warp”.

[Fan Faire Feedback] “Time Warp” now uses a slightly different icon.

[Fan Faire Feedback] “Arms of Imagination” now grants 1% Flurry per rank as well as the 4% AE Auto-Attack.

[Fan Faire Feedback] “Personae Reflection” has 20% more health and has higher magical mitigation.

The changes to timewarp don't do enough to make it the illusionist SF ability, still cause arguments and issues, and still are no fun to administrate! The minimum change that would be reasonable is Groupwide timewarp with no immunity timer, Raidwide timewarp is quite justifiable, and still would give CONSIDERABLY less benefit than other SF class defining abilities, like victorious concerto or stampede or elemental blast.

Here's my reasoning:

Illy's have little in the way of spike damage to take advantage of personal TW everytime.

Prismatic chaos doesn't get more triggers properly for example, the red adorn triggers aren't doubled. Prism is a 4x bigger source of illy damage than anything else mostly.

Many PC triggers can be wasted anyway, due to very short duration, swing speeds, death, jousting out, kb, stun, daze, charm etc etc so it's very hard for illy's to make use of the illy +1 other proposed (bad) TW change. Extra triggers aren't nearly as good for illy's 'PC on one person' as for a coercer's 'extra triggers on mob'.

It still doesn't solve the big admin problems of when the wizzy has ice comet or w/ever up he wants TW, then when the conjy has Elemental Blast ready they want TW on their pet, when the warlock has w/ever rift? ready they want it etc etc - It's still a big admin disaster group argument and crucially, NO FUN!!

TW is a really small boost in actual use, in raid wizard spell double attacks might amount to for example 2-3% of their parse, and that is including all adorned spell doubles, time compression always on 5% spell doubles, mythical spell doubles 10% always on etc? so TW is contributing a small portion of 2-3%. A significant amount of a raiding wizard's dps is procs/temp buffs which won't double spell attack, 2-3% of dps coming from total spell doubles is what act typically parses from our raid wizards, only a part of that 2-3% will come from TW.

Timewarp probably actually lowers dps, due to many people holding abilities back for these tiny 5second windows that are mostly wasted/stunned/stifled/kb'ed/spike abilities missed/server lagged/ported/too busy to use/not noticed.

IA changes are a good step in right direction.

I'm unconvinced that 20% more hp can keep the personae alive raiding unless the resists increase is massive, and from the sounds of it any aoe with a physical component still insta-gibs the personae, but will have to see the change raiding, which can't happen on test. Personae is very minimal part of dps.
