SOE removed werewolves from darklight woods, it was only low level L&L for the alts, now we have to do loping plains which is harder and boring with thick dense of heroic mobs.

i dont like where Eq2 is going in that direction.

we got more than enough undeads and zombies in darklight than anywhere, antonica and commonlands got plenty for low levels.

now it got replaced with new zombies, but where there are vampires lurking in area, and werewolves are not that far from designed areas.

redoing old low level zones and quests, and some of older characters cant get few and some were already did in past previous questlines.

it is just like Maj'dul factions when most older characters got perfect 3 factions, and cant even get those new tapestries.

just another slap in our faces.

bring back werewolves or find new home territory in low level zones, antonica could use those near farmlands with scarecrows, these humans could be werewolves at nightimes like those in loping plains where all those cursed folks were. good concept to revitalized old zones.

To be honest though, name one other location in Norrath where you fight a good quantity of Werewolves besides Loping Plains and the dungeons and instances found there.

You can't.

You're making the argument that there should be a low level version of all Lore and Legend quests, despite you really only finding some NPC races in some areas of Norrath. And really you can't make that argument for these races:

Aviak - Butcherblock+ (although Spiroc of Timorous Deep technically count, they don't drop L&L pieces)

Boarfiend - found only in Runnyeye and Moors of Ykesha

Brownie - found only in Lesser Faydark

Bugbear - really they're only found in any significant quantity in Butcherblock and Kaladim

Burynai - Kunark only

Centaurs - found only in Thundering Steppes and Lesser Faydark

Clockwork - You don't even encounter them until Steamfont or Klak'anon

Cyclops - Desert of Flames only

Di'Zok - Kunark only

Djinn - Desert of Flames only (to my knowledge)

Drachnid - Kunark only

Droag - You don't encounter your first Droag until Tenebrous Tangle

Drolvarg - Kunark only

Efreeti - Solusek's Eye only

Evil Eye - First evil eye encounter is in Enchanted Lands

Giant - First ones are in Nektulos and Thundering Steppes

Gruengach - Odus only

Harpy - Steamfont and Desert of Flames only

Lizardman - First lizardman you encounter really isn't until Feerrott

Minotaur - Runnyeye and Steamfont

Naga - Desert of Flames only

Nightblood - Not until Enchanted Lands

Ravasect - Kingdom of Sky only

Roekillik - Odus only

Shadowman - Earliest level Shadowman you can fight is in Nektulos Forest

Yha-Lei - Kunark only

The other NPC races I don't mention, they are found in mass quantity at low levels (below level 20), and so really it's a non-issue for these races:

Bixie - Low level bixies in GFay

Drakota - Darklight Woods, although historically the first Drakota you fought prior to DLW was in Lavastorm, and there wasn't a L&L until Kingdom of Sky came out.

Elemental - Level 1s in DLW

Fairy - Low level fairys in DLW, more found in Nektulos and Enchanted Lands

Ghost - Tons in DLW

Gnoll - Tons in Antonica and surrounding areas

Goblin - Tons in Gfay and Qeynos newbie gardens

Kobold - With GU58, probably a decent amount in Gfay, but traditionally not a whole bunch until Butcherblock

Orc - Everywhere practically

Siren - Tons in Timorous Deep, as well as Thundering Steppes and Enchanted Lands

Skeleton - Everywhere

Treant - A good population in Gfay

Vampire - Tons in DLW, although for years we didn't even have a L&L Vampire (or even a Master Strike)

Zombie - Tons in DLW

OK, sure, losing content sucks. But the new DLW after GU57 was designed without Werewolves in mind. And realistically once you outgrew DLW, you still didn't encounter another werewolf until Loping Plains.

Also, that's like arguing they removed Bixies from Greater Faydark, even though the next time you encounter Bixies wouldn't be until Drafling Tower or Kingdom of Sky. Historically Bixies didn't even exist as low level mobs for players to kill until they released Greater Faydark. So...

The werewolves in Darklight never made much sense to me, and I thought it was a bad idea when they put them in there. Since you never run into any werewolves until Loping Planes, why have them at all in a starter zone?

Ghosts, Zombies, Elementals etc make sense to have low level ones, since they all exist in low level and starter zones.

And I don't think the bees L & L should be in GFay either...

I will stand guard over her and stab anyone else in the throat that wants to remove her or the object of her whining.
