BUG: Quest Journal is bugged

<p>My quest journal is bouncing back and forth btwn telling me that I have room for 19 quests and that it is overflowing and I have 11 quests too many.  I only have 11 quests active.  Please address/fix.  Thank you.</p><p>Guildmates are commenting that they have similar issues.</p>

<p>Thanks for pointing this out! We figured out how it's happening and a solution is in the works.</p><p>I can't tell you exactly when we'll deploy a fix to Test, but for now you should be able to get back to normal by turning in any quests that are tagged (complete) in your journal; the bug has to do with the way those are handled.</p>

<p>I bounced up to having 130+ quests available when I deleted a quest, then back down to my normal 33 available when I re-got the quest.</p>
