From the latest Test update:

Limited charge petamorph wands have been removed from the Station Marketplace and replaced by an unlimited charge version. If you currently have a limited charge version wand in your inventory, you will also find it has been upgraded to the new uncharged version.

I love, love, love this change! I think you'll end up selling quite a few more of these items now that players know they won't run out. Limited charges were such a pain when your pet would die only a few minutes after you cast the illusion and you'd have to spend another charge to get it back the way it was. This will be lots more fun.

I have to ask, though... I went ahead and bought multiples of the ones that I liked for a certain character's combat pet during one of those Double Station Cash weekends. What do I do with all the multiples I bought? I only want them for this one character, and once this change goes in, they'll have been wasted purchases. I can't even give them away to friends. Is there some method to redeem them for Station Cash? Can you make it so Marketplace items can be resold back to a vendor for the amount of Station Cash they were purchased for? At least with these particular consumables?
