Sorcerer AA Summon Familiar (Drake)

<p>Is there a reason that the Sorcerer Alternate Ability starter Summon Familiar (Drake) reduces Ability Reuse speed instead of Spell Reuse speed? I definitely think it should be reducing Spell Reuse speed.</p>
