I was wondering if there was any info anywhere on the the Lesser knowns of the Pantheon. Mainly Tholuxe Paells. I know he is the god of lust, but who is he tied to/allied with if any?

Does he have any ties to Erollisi, since Love is her domain?

And What about Torvonnilus? He rules a Demi-Plane, but Who is he under? Bristlebane? Innoruuk?

A lot of the very very VERY lesser dieties have nothing more than a very basic description. Tholuxe Paells for example. We know he's the God of Lust, we know he's male (which was surprising to me), and we know he's generally evil..... but that's it. Seriously.

Torvonnilus is no better.

Everything detailed in this thread is about as much as anyone knows about them.

There is a little bit of info there, that is not on other sites i have seen.

I would think it really cool if they would put in more lore, and maybe signature quests, pertaining to getting more info on some of the lesser knowns.

For most of EQ2's history the only lesser diety that has gotten much attention has been Ulluurok.

Yes, she is a lesser diety. Being connected to Nektulous Castle, and by way of Lord Everling to the Void has been very good for developing this diety. Inclusion in at least 1 epic quest also helps a bit. By having some interesting in-game lore it inspires not just further development by the dev that included her in the first place, but also inspires other developers to add refrences to her in their own work which leads to more in-game lore.

If one of the devs were to decide that Kithikor was going to become a playable zone and that a small village was dedicated to Meirril, Spirit of the Woods and explained that I was raised to demi-god status by unknown means and told volumes of story relating to my exploits on behalf of reclaiming Bloody Kithikor from the curse of Innorruk that lays over the land it is possible that another dev could pick up the material and add another chapter to my adventures in The Forgotten Land. When a new section of Kunark is opened in Warslick Woods a small cult of worshipers amongst the giants could be discovered and you find books relating to not only my adventures amongst the giants, but how they were the cause of my rise to diety status. Eventually the devs get disillusioned with some washed up halfling druid and don't add any new refrences. Such is the birth, life and death of a minor diety (or any other NPC, ask Jorbo and Mandy!) in EQ2.
