So after several days of Battlegrounds.. I see how much people like to jump on buildings where you cant target them...

In battlefield of Ganak... Please fix the Walls so a fairy or anyone with Lev arent able to use the Little cubby hole on the second floor to avoid being attacked.. That is exploitation. I have screenshots of people sitting there with flag and you are unable to target them.

Make the walls on the second floor.. Severely larger.. its Capture the Flag not use exploitations and sit and hope your team gets more kills after 10 minutes of fighting.

Thank you for the WoW Responce. I Do not think the Devs intended people to jump in places other people are unable to. Let alone not be able to attack them... Even if you are in plain sight and within range.

There are other threads about this and have been since BG's went active. They already force people to drop the flags if they try to take the flag into certain places, as well as the time out issue which forces people carrying the flag to participate in the actual fighting or get booted.

It's not an exploit, and just because you're unwilling to go pick up the gnomish boots so you can glide to get to those spots doesn't mean its unfair either.

I See.. well thank you for a better responce.. I searched but was unable to find something posted about this.

I Still do not think it is intended design and have no hope it will ever get fixed.

I shall pick up the boots then

You should NOT have to go buy an item to compete in a BG, so "go pick up the boots" is not a valid response in my book, I posted a thread about this as well, this IS an exploit I don't care how you people try to explain it away it was NOT INTENDED for people to be able to do this!

Yeah, you SHOULD pick up items to compete in a BG just like you SHOULD pick up items to compete in PvP or in PvE.

No no no, a thousand times NO, you CAN pick up items, but you should NOT NEED to just because a bunch of people feel like exploiting a wall glitch, completely different scenario you are talking about. Potions are one thing, but having to buy a pair of jump boots to have to try and get to where other people have found an exploitable area that is a thousand times easier to defend should NOT be a NEED for BGs!

It's not an exploit no matter how many times you call it an exploit. It's using terrain, geometry to your advantage, neither of which is an exploit, but more the use of tactics. What you need to counter the tactic is available, the tinkered boots for glide, a class with a knockback ability or 2. If you don't buy them, that's your choice, but then don't complain that something is an exploit cause you refused to take any steps to be able to counter certain tactics.

People have been asking for this to be changed since BG's started, claiming as you have that it's an exploit and shouldn't require them to go buy any other item in order to be able to compete. The only place the devs have agreed that it wasn't intended for someone to reach were the respawn point aqueducts, and I wouldn't expect to see them make any more changes regarding this.

You've got this notion that people should use the other 300+ yards of Battlefield of Ganak in some stratetgic way rather than narrowing the playingfield to a very small perch where the most important button is "clicky boots". There is only one solution to your dillema: dumb yourself down. Stop thinking people want to compete against you. They want to sandbag by capping once and then keep you from killing their flag carrier for the next twelve and a half minutes. Lower your expectations, man. The real issue is that they are too high.

I would rather them sit right there where i can get to them and surprise debuff/nuke them than for a warden to grab my flag and run around the base at 90% run speed. Can't root them and stuns last all of 2 seconds. At least when they are there alone i stand a chance in killing them before they get away.
