Hello! I'm looking for an RP guild for my two characters. Both are good alignment, one is a fey conjuror and the other a troll inquisitor (who already went through the whole city betrayal bit). A good aligned RP guild would be the best fit for both of them, but an open guild with a strong presence of good characters could work too.Just a little about me: I'm a 32 year old guy. I've been gaming since I was ten, and Role Playing about as long. I've played just about every dice and paper game you've ever heard of, and a couple most people haven't.For MMOs, I've played several, though FFXI and WoW are the only two I've stuck with for any length of time. FFXI would almost be a decent game, except for the major class balance issues. And I wanted to be a summoner, which is hands down the worst class in the game. WoW has been fun, but I don't really like the direction the devs are taking it. I like customizability in my characters, and they are taking what little is in the game away.I've had my eye on EQII for a long time now, but my old computer couldn't run it. I just bought a new one, and now I'm playing EQII and loving it about as much as I thought I would. My play style is somewhat casual, and I work nights so I tend to play at odd hours. I like solo questing in MMOs, partly because FFXI soured me on group play and partly because that's where the story is, and I love a good story. I'm willing to help out with raids and such if I'm needed though. I also love to roleplay, but my characters tend to be a little odd. Not break the fourth wall and irritate everybody odd, just a little different in concept than most. I don't like melodrama in my RP.The themes of the two characters I'm playing: Taeleah is a fey conjuror in Kelathin. What little she remembers about her 'spirit's past' tells her that there really isn't much to remember- there haven't been all that many lives, and until now they've been very boring. She's determined that this time will be different. She wants to see the world and make a name for herself. Curiosity is her strongest motivation, and she is endlessly fascinated by both magic and the strange creatures of the lands of Norath. Following the path of the conjuror was an easy choice for her. She's very fond of her elementals, and treats them more like pets (or friends, depending on intelligence) than servants.Kyyn is an inquisitor that couldn't fit in. He's calm and easygoing, and all in all a very untrollike troll. He's completely devoted to Quellious, and strives to win her favor. I wrote up a background story for him, which you can find here: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=486586If it sounds like I might fit in your guild, let me know here or in game. Or you could just look me up for some casual RP. Just remember that I'm new to the game and I still have a little trouble navigating the emotes and chat. And I'm very dyslecix. Sorry. You'll just have to cope with my spelling errors in game.
