Odd hate transfer amount with AA spec

<p>Heyas,</p><p>I have Swarthy Deception at expert which gave 19% transfer.  I put points into Skilled Deception and that added 5% more.</p><p>Or it should.</p><p>I examine SD and get 21% instead of 24%.</p><p>I added the red adorn for SD and that gave another 5%.</p><p>Another examine shows SD at 26% instead of 29%.</p><p>This makes all makes no sense to me.  I should have that 5% from the SF AAs but get only 2% instead.  Yet I get the full 5% from the red adorn.</p><p><em><strong>Is</strong></em> it truly the 29% (19+5%+5%) or is it the 26%?</p><p>Thank you in advance.</p>

<p>I saw your post a week ago and meant to log in various characters to check the math but got caught up in other stuff and forgot.</p><p>Expert Swarthy Deception is only a 16% transfer, so with your AA and red adorn 26% is the right number. If possible respec your Character Development choices and take SD as your 64 Grandmaster. That ups the percentage to 19/29 with AA and adornment</p>
