Runnyeye Server having issues!

<p>Not sure if this is the right place for this... but the RE server is LDing like half the server at a time! It's starting to get to the point where it's making people (including myself) VERY angry!</p><p>Get it sorted!</p>

<p>Sat here watching my game timeout every 5 mins or so on Runnyeye ......</p><p>Sort it out will ya , really really annoying !!!</p>

<p>This is beyond terrible. We all know that Runnyeye is way worse off when it comes to ping and the likes compared to Splitpaw as it's US based, but this is intolerable. Give us free transfers to Splitpaw, or merge us, something must be done!</p>

<p>Its happening on the permafrost server too.</p><p>At the same time as with ppl un the runnyeye server. Was chatting with a friend there and we go ld at the exact same time.</p>

<p>As per the requst of the CSR i spoke too</p><p>ISP = Virgin Media</p><p>Country = UK</p><p>Zones Affected = All</p><p>Seemed stable after 5min drop times but after approx 15mins were being kicked again.</p>

<p>Right, this keeps happening.</p><p>Located in Norway, ISP is Lyse Fiber.</p><p>Standard windows network settings where tcp/udp has been opened for eq2 in the router.</p><p>All my LD's have happened in Kunzar Jungle, but half my friendslist and guild drops about the same time I do and they are in different countries.</p><p>On a sidenote, I've had a lot of massive packet loss for the past few weeks.</p><p>On a tracert, the one that takes the most time is 80.91.246.251, and it doesn't show isp or anything of the sorts.</p>
