Was there a change in regards to the Journeyman Cloak?

<p>It use to be that only new (maybe only RAF accounts) got the Journeyman Cloak (that nice cloak with 25% stackable run speed mmmm). And old accounts had no way of getting it... until...</p><p>Yesterday I went to my claim and there was the crate.. saying "Look at me.. you know you want me" and I did want it.. I did indeed.. when I exclaimed joyously in guild that they must have made a change to who got it I was meet with sadness from the others. Apparently their accounts still had no access to this cloak.</p><p>So what gives? Is my account buggy and I shouldn't pet my new cloak? Are you taking it away.. or is there some credintials my account meets for it??? What gives?</p><p>ps. don't take my cloak (s) away.</p>

<p>i think it has something to do with EQ2x and linking accounts or some such.. I created a character on the eq2x server and had the journeyman cloak crate claim. to my suprise next time i logged on to my character on the regular servers i had it to claim there as well.</p>
