Thursday night as I was scouting various destinations to level a few toons this weekend. Monitored the amount of xp given per kill which was .1%. Now, I have:

Double xp for vitality

server is awarding 100% xp bonus

30% bonus for being mentored

So why is the xp per kill still .1% ?

I got my ranger from 72-83 and got 45 aa yesterday.

Also got 12 AA on my Inquisitor and he's at 241 now. I'd say it's working.

Yep, I grouped up with a family member last night for a few hours questing and gained about 9 AA (going total AA to play catch up).

New character, 1-36 in a day without help and 60 AA's. Not working at all, fix it!

I went from 70% through 64 up to level 70 in Woodworker last night burning one pot, so I'd daresay it's working as well.

Its buggy. Some toons are not getting much benefit from bonus XP.

Friday I moved a toon up from 88 to 90 and got 28 AAs. Saturday, spending twice the time and working in the same zone, I moved a toon from 86 to 87 and got two AAs. I was adventuring with my husband and he had the same experience. Between us we have seven accounts that we worked with so I do not think it is an account issue.

Whether it's working exactly right nobody cares, because we're flying through it. I'm in the 200 AA vicinity and got 17 yesterday. I've locked those two toons to 89.5, so the slider is set to 100% to AA.

I'll also verify tradecrafting progresses rapidly.

However, you asked about adventure xp. Just for grins, I decided to do a couple of kills with the slider set to 100% adventure xp (which will split the kill total into the part that advances his adventure level, and the AA bar part. I got the same scary numbers you report. I did 2 kills and set the slider back to AA only immediately. I wasn't going to waste kills that weren't contributing, particularly when I did not want to advance adventure level anyway.

The 1-36 levels in one day is common anytime someone wants to do it. Measuring low level adventure xp by the day doesn't answer your question, since a day's grinding varies with the individual.

I'm not inclined to debug SOE's software, but I'll corroborate your kill measurement.

I don't think it works on quest adventure xp. I've got a L85 toon that was loaded up on SF quests. Popped a monarch potion (100% xp & aa). Bar set to the left for full adventure. I was only getting about 3% adventure for a turn-in. The AAs were moving nicely, but it's the same slow grind to hit 90 via quests.

Powerleveling a new toon last night.. locked at 30 gained around 82 aa's in just 2 hours just killing heroics no quests done at all... He is gaining around 390% exp bonus from having my 5 toons mentoring him plus they all have the exp mount.

Ok I can pretty much confirm that the tradeskill portion of the bonus xp is completely buggy. All my toons craft since I am into that alot. Some of my toons have received virtually no bonus xp.

Here's one example... I sat yesterday on my tailor, who was 55 and was making about 13% a "first-time" item my level. I had vitality. I was like, neat. Switched to my armorer, who is a level 28 and was making about 6% at best, with vitality. So that's not normal at all.

Another example... I was crafting with my sage. From about 75-80 I was getting bonus xp most of the time. From 80-87.5 I got standard xp. No vitality, but with a 110% potion and the supposed bonus I was getting about 4.1%. Not great, but expected at such a high level. Then at about 87.5 the bonus xp apparently kicked back in and all the way to 90 I received about 7% per item. Again, odd.

Yet another example... playing my jeweler today and it's been going back and forth. Made an item, got 10%. Made another and got 7%, made another got 4.1%, made another and got 9% etc etc. Yesterday when I used her I was making about 12% at the same level.

After today's experience, I put a ticket in so who knows. But yes, the bonus xp is certainly skewered pretty heavy. I can't imagine they'll do anything about it though

I noticed that my xp bar would barly more during my time running. I cranked out 30+ AA getting me to 225AA but I only got about 1.25 levels this is with my slider at 50%.
