<p>Zarrakon literally has no story to speak of other than a very vague tidbit that was actually removed in early TSO beta that he's actually a vampiric creation and pet of Mayong Mistmoore.</p><p>That's right. Any actual lore and explanation to his existence was removed in beta.</p>

Norrathian Dragons have to follow the no-opposite rule but Planar Dragons from the Plane of Sky or Underfoot or what have you go by different rules that we've never <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=0&topic_id=348358�" target="_blank">really</a> been privy to.</span></p>
