Any plans to fix stonewill/other procs on PVP server?

<p>Can we get a comment on this?  Procs like torrent/pest rain/followthrough/stonewill etc are doing much less than they do on PVE server.  not that we completely depend on procs for a raid or anything, but why should we have a harder time raiding on pvp server?  unless you want to put the raid armor on the pvp merchant? <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>I believe Olihin commented that they are looking into "the best solution" to this situation, which makes me lol. The "best solution" is FIX IT.</p>
