Enhanced armored - patch notes 09/02

<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Guardian</em></p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Shoulder the Burdon is now 15% hate transfer.</p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Enhance: Armored is now 3% block chance per point.</p><p>Do we need to reset the aa's?  Mine is showing at 1% per point.</p>
