Assassin Group Heal Death Mark Nerf

<p>I am not sure if this was an intended nerf, but in the hotfix today the group heal added to death mark through SF AAs has been nerfed considerably,  it has gone from 4-5k hp triggers to 800-1k hp triggers for my assassin.  I didn't see any mention of it in the patch notes and know most assassins do not spec into it, because they believe it to be underpowered even pre-nerf (so i doubt it was a balancing issue)  I would just like to know if this was an intended change that was just not explicitly stated in notes, or a bug.  Thank you.</p>

So tempting to write: It's probably not being able to crit anymore, y'know like fighters. They probably just forgot to mention in the patch notes the following: Scout heals can no longer crit. Ok... ok... cheap shot <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> /begs forgiveness

<p>I actually thought about that when i saw my ACT in raid, but no the actual listed number on the ability is 1/4 what it was prior to this weeks hotfix.  Its definitely not a crit heal issue. My other raid toon is a pally so its just been a bad month for my healing =p</p>

<p>I happened to notice this over the weekend.</p><p>The heal is still criting but the values are much lower than before.</p><p>The tooltip still shows the same thing it always did so maybe Potency/CB are no longer being applied and they used to be?</p><p>I only really ever spec into this AA when im bored and wanna go box some instance with my Guardian but its definately been stealth nerfed.....or as im sure SOE will claim they just fixed a "bug".</p>

<p>It just got a little bit nerfed again with todays hotfix, I don't understand are these changes balancing this ability or is it just randomly changing numbers on accident.</p>
