<p>8/31 TEST Update Notes:</p><p>USER INTERFACEThe mini-map zone name will now display correctly after using /loadui.Fixed a bug where using /loadui while banking would keep you from using the banker until you zoned or logged out.Parts of the achievement interface and all of the paperdoll windows that were red will now be blue when loading the “Default Blue” skin.The background color of the paperdoll is now exposed to the UI files via the PaperdollBackgroundColor property.</p><p>WELCOME WINDOWThe Sentinel’s Fate Daily Mission now appears on the Welcome screen.</p><p>COMBATFlurry and AE autoattack can now happen with off hand weapons as well as with ranged weapons.</p><p> ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT<em>Brawlers</em>Crane Twirl now also adds 20% AE Auto-Attack chance.</p><p><em>Guardian</em>Guardian Sphere should now work correctly.Last Man Standing no longer has a casting or recovery time. <p>No fix for the Sul Deity questline. First quest in the series is broken, Can not pick up scroll in gorowynn. The wiki WP has it under the floor.</p>

The proc is fine and helps dps on single target. Read up on it get pot.</p>

As a true non encounter 360 degree AOE proc it hits every npc in combat. (no frontal 4 target limit)Since it does that on AOE auto atks it will proc MULTIPLE times. Thus lets say you are in a fight with 4 npcs.Lets say you aoe auto, and lets say you proc crane twirl on EACH npc. This means each npc you are fighting can be hit up to 4x with the crane twirl proc in each auto atk or up to 16 procs in total on a single auto atk. </p><p>The fact that offhand will now aoe auto atk will only make CRANE TWIRL damage proc BETTER. If you have access in proc increases OR if you are in proper group setsups that a take advantage of proc increasers and potency. Will make crane twirl BY FAR the second highest dps on your parse.</p><p>FURTRHERMORE we alreayd have access to craneflock on a 24 sec duration and ~1min45sec reuse (1 min reuse cap). By increasing aoe auto atk to 40% and removing the proc to make it EQUAL to other fighters we loose alot more then we gain. </p>

<p>Regarding the Fan Faire fixes.</p><p>The new Fury AA "Pure Serenity" that adds stifle immunity to Serenity was asked about and we were told you were aware of the bug that you cannot break a stifle with 8 points into the ability. Is this fix going to go in with the Fan Faire fixes?</p>

<p>since there is no dev post anywhere is there a reason why or mechanic change in how + mitigation items work.. currently on test there is a 3500 to 4000 mitigation decrease depending on gear makeup.</p>

Guess it is time to play on test with my bruiser and dirge, find a load of heroic mobs and see how well it does <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Does anybody know if they going to change crane flock at all? the DA part is a bit redundant now, most brawlers will have at least or very near 100% DA anyway, can that part of it be lucked at? could we have flurry or maybe proc increase chance?</p><p>Also does anybody know if off hand hits will trigger procs after the changes, so far not seen anything to suggest that they can, only flurry and aoe auotattacks have been allowed to proc.</p>
