What is good dps for a zerker to have at level 90 and what's the best way for a person who doesn't raid to get that number up? Right now I am 87 and my dps is only 41 w/o group buffs. My average with the parse seems to be about 1.5kI'm dual wielding brellium long swords and wearing brellium vanguard plate. Is dual wield better than using a shield for dps? Any gear advice? Also, is there a parser besides the act parser? I do use act however, just curious.I've been reading this thread: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...id=354631 and a few others but wonder if they are current post SF.I'd love to hear any comments or advice on this, even the raid stuff--thanks!

To start off, finish your epic quest and finish Epic Repercussions. Then look into Mark of Manaar weapons and armor, as well as instanced weapons (some very good weapons drop in Vigilant: Rescue).

Dual Wielding is better than sword + board for DPS.

Open your Knowledge book, click Combat Arts at the top, then Sort, make sure "Max Level Only" is checked. All of your CAs you see (besides the AA ones) should be Expert rank or higher.

Would be helpful to know how many AA you currently have and how you are specced out. The mark gear is pretty decent for a low cost. There are also so decent fighter pieces if you have Hua Mein faction and Deepwater Knights faction. Most of it is jewerly but it may help.

At lvl 90 1.5 seems extremely low. If you haven't done the JoJo HQ I suggest doing that or the Grimblade one. Both provided decent weapons.

Also make sure you are not tanking in Defensive stance. Offensive Stance GREATLY increases your DPS, and therefore your aggro.

It can be raised but it's really less important to you right now then crit chance, double attack, crit bonus and potency. Here is a link for a 131 AA build that will potentially maximize your DPS.

http://www.beetny.com/eq2aa/?101v14...35@25@45@151@15

Depending on your current crit and double attack, points can be moved out of there and into the zerker tree so you can start working on getting Shot of Adrenaline and Battle Frenzy. The Ability mod for Bloodlust in the Shadow's tree is a great stepping stone for lower level DPS as well.

Once you get your enervated mythical you can drop all the points out of Dragoon's Cyclone.

There are a couple of "cube quests" in both Sundered Frontier and Stonebrunt that will net you a nice yellow slot chest piece, as well as provided some nice aa for the 10 repeatable quests they offer.

Run Library and Research Halls as often as you can as they both have some nice tanking and dps jewelry. A couple of yellow slot plate pieces drop there as well.

Edit: Grammar
