T3 Tox Legs Low or No Ability Modifier

<p>I've noticed that all of the Toxxulia legs for scouts and Fighters have reduced or even no ability modifier for when compared to even the easy mode leggings and drastically so when looked at against normal mode raid drops.  I searched the forums and couldn't find another topic where this was mentioned, so I apologize if this was brought up before.  Can this be reviewed and possibly updated to be more in line with the other pieces in the set?  Thank you in advance for any consideration towards this issue.</p><p>Maikeruu Shadowtraveler</p>

I'm sure the ability modifier stat is a "leftover points" slough stat much of the time.
