Punishment procs

<p>Why do the procs on the punishement heals seem to crit with the crit of the mob you cast it on and not your crit?</p><p>I notice most heroics it never crits, raid mobs it crits a lot.. Any reasoning behind this?</p>

<p>Cause all its stats are based on the mob. Including crit chance and bonus. Normally it is even attributed as healing out from that mob. Same is true for Inquisition.</p><p>The reasoning is that they don't seem able to fix this bug with many abilities.</p>
