<p>Dear Mr. John Smedley,</p><p>- Are you aware that this is the 4th update we had in a row were the timetable were hours and hours over the planned times.</p><p>- Are you aware that this is the 4th update were we have absolutly none, zippo, zero reply on any forum about that (extra) downtime and even give the playerbase some info.</p><p>Don't you agree that, if a server is more then 8 hours offline outside the plannend time, one posting of a member of youre team is low cost with high output and will fall well in the community?</p><p>Sincerly,</p><p>Ps. i think its the fact the server (currently) has missed its revised server uptime by 8hrs and there has been no info for us in any of them 8hrs
