<p>While I like the new Help page at <a href="http://www.soe.com/support/supportTopics.vm?category=PC&id=002" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.soe.com/support/supportT...y=PC&id=002</a> , it would be infinitely more helpful to players if there were a direct link to the <a href="http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/soe_ing.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?p_redirect=1&p_page=1&p_cv=&p_pv=1.20&p_prods=20&p_cats=0&p_hidden_prods=&prod_lvl1=20&cat_lvl1=0&p_search_text=&srch_btn_submit=%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0Search%C2%A0%C2% A0%C2%A0&p_new_search=1&p_search_type=answers.search_nl&p_sid=*l_dxb8k" target="_blank">Knowledge Base</a>.</p><p>There's also no longer any easy way to reference the ToS or EULA.  All that used to be in the left-hand menu on EQ2Players, but seems to have gone AWOL.</p>

<p>I am confused.  There is a link to search the KB right there as well as one in the upper right corner of the forums.</p><p>I am not intending to be rude,  I am just trying to understand...</p>

<p>Yes, I understand that.  However in the link that she gave, there is a direct link to the KB from there.  This is where my confusion lies.</p><p>I added the Forums as that is the best way that I know how to get there, however I am on the forums quite often.</p><p>However, if Calthine is suggesting a direct link from the Eq2players site....</p>

<p>Yeah, ny reading of her post is that there should be a link to the KB directly on the EQ2 website rather than having to go via the Help link. Ditto for links to the TOS and EULA.</p>
