<p>Hello all,</p><p>I Need someone from sony red name to take action and do 2 account Restores Im totally and utterly blanked, I pay 75$ month to sony 2 all access accounts and vanguard account is 75 and now my eq 2 accounts have lost all account age, vet rewards, mounts, expansions due to me simply trying eq 2 extended tonight beta what mistake that was.</p><p>I have 2 all access sony accounts for 29.99 and 29.99 tonight for heck of it, went to try eq 2 extended beta even know im staying on AB and Very Happy their.</p><p>ONly reason was trying it, fiquired their be tons of lowbies, and since have 2 sony all access accounts that supposed to give us automatic account gold status in eq 2 extended beta.</p><p>well in eq 2 exteded beta purchased racepack 1 with account x, However when logged out account x 1 my 2 all access accounts had racepack number 1 addded to my eq 2 live account instead of extended beta account which should been.</p><p>But this is when all hell breaks Lose, account x all access has all expansions includeing sents fate collectors edition and all vet rewards minus 6 year reward which im 1 month shy on account age for and had 1 refer friend mount left, well account x is wiped have no expansions no vet rewards , no refer friend mount , No account age its been wiped by years, and to boot the racepack 1 bought for eq 2 extended is added to eq 2 live, and to top it off dont have gold status in eq 2 extended beta when have 2 all access accounts., all my titles as vet rewards are wiped to</p><p>my 2nd all access account had all expansions includeing sents fate collectors and 1 year vet rewards its also completly wiped.</p>

<p>SAME HERE!!!  Everything in my account from launch to this date has been moved to EQ2 Extended.  I found out when I logged on my main char to raid tonight and was unable to use the flag because I didn't have Sentinel's Fate expansion ???!!!???? or any other for that matter.</p><p>I had an "extended" conversation with Tech Support in San Diego this evening.  The "problem" has been escalated up to the Platform Support team for correction. </p><p>They have given me 3 days free play on my account for the inconvenience.  Call them, it is the only way you will get this fixed!</p><p>And 5 characters are gone ... I guess they messed that up also.</p>

<p>I just PMed you my 2 eq 2 all access accounts names which pay 29.99 and 29.99 for we have 3rd vangiuard account we pay 14.99 for all expansions are gone, we had sents fate collectors on both all access accounts, had all previous expansions and mounts senior account has lost all vet rewwards and was 1 month from 6 year vet reward</p><p>on my main account and had refer friend mount left to claim</p><p>2nd account is refer friend account has all expansions and sents fate collectors edition and 1 year in vet rewards, everything is gone im so mad im beside myself and on weekend, I can understand beta of eq 2, but betas should not cross over to flagship servers and accounts i pay 75 bucks total month for on the weekend cant go anywhere in eq 2 live due all expansions and rewards gone and my titles im beyond Mad.</p><p>then to top it off Buy on eq 2 extended beta before this debacle happens racepack 1 for station cash instead of adding it to extended beta they add it to eq 2 live account on main account</p><p>then since have 2 sony all access 29.99 accounts we should get gold status free on both 2 eq 2 extended betas to try free but its not giveing us gold status what god dam mess.</p>

<p>I pay 75$ dollars month to sony 2 sony all access accounts and 1 vanguard account 75$ and they for 14 hours now have ruined my sleep and raiding and weekend they deleted all data for both accounts from every expansions, and no vet rewards, and lost refer friend mount had 1 left to claim and my account age isnt at near 6 years now and all vet rewards and claims from the expansions includeing tso and so and sf collectors edition with mounts , this was accident , dont care about beta test of eq 2 beta, it should not wipe eq 2 live all access paying accounts period they going to have to give 30 days game time for this or in few monthes have us all leave to RIFT Im staying awake waiting for developer to pm me</p><p>what we all need is full account restores like character restores but characters in some pepeople cases are gone or missing in my case its all subscrip[tion data expansions, vet rewards etc, mounts refer friend etc</p><p>and they added race kit 1 i paid for added it to eq 2 live account like total clowns.</p>

<p>Before giving up and going to sleep last night, I made the sad mistake of logging into my live account to see if it was fixed.  I then discovered that on the remaining 7 characters, out of the original 12 that I had, every single AA has been reset!!!!  The AA points are there, but (for example) the Bard, Dirge and Shadow trees are all empty of assigned points. I can't even BEGIN to think of the work I will need to go through to put all those points back where they belong, on every single character I have /cries.</p><p>This made me so sick with disgust, I gave up and turned off the computer.  Only to turn it back on 9 hours later and nothing, nada, zilch has been fixed <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /></p>

<p>Well one account, my girlfriends, got fixed but my account isnt. </p><p>My situation is really weird, my girlfriend lost access to all her expansions etc on EQ2Live but I lost access to all my expansions on EQ2 Extended completely opposite.</p><p>Please fix this I would like to play this weekend.</p><p>SOE=Pay to Test</p>

They need to know what went wrong and how to fix everything too. I know they can roll back characters to earlier saves but this isn't a character issue, its an account and billing issue. Hopefully their records are very good in this area, but it isn't something that typically comes up so expecting a full fix in less than 24 hours...well lets just say you have your expectations and I have mine. I think mine are based a bit more on reason and experience and less on actually being the victem and feeling greatly abused.</p><p>While the Terms of Service for EQ2 generally say SOE owes you nothing for the inconvience, I'm sure customer service will offer you something. It probably won't be much, and even if it was you wouldn't feel its worth the inconvience your experiencing now. Apologies hardly ever equal the harm caused, but that doesn't make them any less genuine. I hope your human decency isn't lost in all the angst and bitterness.</p>

<p>had same thing happen to me as the OP. also bought a race pack earlier and all expansions are gone now. additionally i noticed that when i try to login the new char on EQ2x  it does not let me login anymore with the message that the race pack is misisng on my account.</p><p>guess even the race pack did not update right. something seems to be seriously bugged i can only suggest to stay away from eq2x till these problems get fixed.</p>

<p>My account is still not fixed. I don't have my veteran rewards or any other entitlement except for TSF, and i used to have quite a lot. Even the cake and vodka from the russian event, several fanfaire items, and the journeyman's boots from preording this game... I need this fixed by tomorrow night because i have a raid to attend.</p>

<p>I just want to point out that everyone is assuming this was because someone went into, or tried eq2x, I did not, didn't load it didn't try it, and I had many of the same issues.  They seem to have fixed my account this morning.  Whatever was wrong must have been more generalized than just trying extended, causing the trouble.  Otherwise my account would not have been effected.</p><p>Whoever fixed me.....Thanks, I hope if others are still having trouble, they get helped soon.</p><p>My frustration was in trying to find help, an answer, any answer. </p>

<p>The only thing i have to prove that it was EQ2X that did this to me is that i created a erudite warden on EQ2X prior to purchasing the ratonga race pack. On the erudite i had full access to all of my /claim items from live. Then after buying the race pack, i created a ratonga warden, then deleted the erudite warden. Once i loaded into the ratonga, i accessed /claim to find there was only the stuff available from the 3 adventure packs. Everything thing else was gone. I assumed it was because of buying the race pack, or somehow this random thing thats happening to everyone else responding to this topic happened to me conveniently at the same time i bought the race pack.</p><p>BTW I spent 10 hours yesterday recreating a new version of my main toon from AB "Eschia" on EQ2X, the ratonga thats in my signature below. I didn't wanna move my main character because i'm in a raiding alliance so i just made a new ratonga warden instead and named it Eschia. So far shes level 19. Once this conundrum is over if anyone wants to group with her just friend me and catch me when i'm online, then hit me up. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Kahrissa, that is only one of the many things that happened to me.  Be sure you also check to see if you can zone into Sundered Frontier, and other expansion zones.  Also, be sure to check the AA's on the remaining 7 toons.  Mine were all reset.</p>

<p>Mine is still strange. I am missing several items that I know about and who knows what that I won't know about until much later. I know that my vodka and cake are gone along with my Pot of Gold. I am just too disorganized to know if anything else is gone. At least I still have my toons and Xpacs, although I no longer see the items I recieved for any xpac purchase other than SF.</p>

They think we are talking about what happens when we attempt to log into EQ2X when it's really EQ2Live. I didn't think TSF gave you access to zones from older expansions. I know it's a all in 1 pack but i figured it had to give you the entitlements to the older expansions with it in order for you to have access to those packs. I guess either i was wrong, or a GM flipped them on manually. Either way i'm still able to raid, thank goodness. It just sorta feels like whoever is running the databases crossed a wire or something.</p>

<p>All I did was log onto EQ2X and create a toon. I didn't do any quests or purchase anything. I was there about two minutes, so my account was less damaged than some here. I lost a few things such as my vodka and cake, and anything else claimable other than LON some items.</p><p>Apparently, depending on what you do with EQ2X, it will override various account data. I am NOT going back over there to test stuff until this is fixed for good.</p>

Guess it was over ridden by the one on EQ2x.   No biggie so I walk on one toon until the 20th next month.  But now I wonder what am I really missing besides my toons.  <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" />   I personally think it should all be rolled back to before this huge mess and ugly animation.  But that's just my feelings.  Other then that I sure hope someone finds a solution soon.</p><p>I'm not going back either.  I only went there because I thought it had been fixed from what I had read here earlier on.</p>

They apparently did keep a record of my old entitlements too, because the same amount of vodkas and cakes are claimed as before. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>But yea since i don't know if the cause of the problem is resolved yet, i'm just gonna stay off EQ2X until it's no longer in beta. What a terrible thing to suffer just to make a toon so that when i get my friends to start playing EQ2X i could have a toon to play it with them. I sure hope the bug gets fixed, or has been already.</p>

They helped my case. I'm not sure how long it will take. It took them around 3 days to fix me, but they responded to the ticket around 24 hours. I also need to thank Deth for making that article on eq2wired. If not for that i probably would not know it effected me on eq2live till a week later lol.</p>

<p>I finally got my missing characters back this morning (after 3 days).</p><p>Maybe I should not just have asked for the characters back, but also for a chance to actually play them. As it happens, they are all on Splitpaw - which along with Runnyeye has been locked now for over 9 hours.</p><p>The last information was that the servers would likely be back around 2 am PST. It is now past 6 am PST with no further information.</p><p>edit: I just cancelled the subscription for my second account, paying for non-service on one account is bad enough.</p>

<p>I suspect they must have fixed something with the missing characters yesterday.  Ciara52, I just logged into your account and saw 11 characters at character select.  Who is still having issues right now?By the way, it's always best to post threads like this in the Tech/Billing section, even if you think it's a game bug and not a local problem.  This is not a section that I monitor regularly.  Anyone can PM me any time with questions/problems, but at the very least I could have kept in touch with you had I known.</p>

Maybe you should also let the the moderators know what post belongs into which forum.</p>

<p>I also got all my items, expansions and missing characters back ... thanks to the very hard work of Zoltaroth /bow ... and unknown others.</p><p>The only thing still amiss is on the 5 characters that went missing.  All of their AA trees were wiped out.  The points are still available, but they are at the top, rather than in the assigned trees.</p><p>The response on that from my original petition: file another petition /boggle!</p><p>So, I just bit the bullet, fixed myself a nice cold iced tea, plugged in my iPod to listen to some tunes, and went about resetting the AA's myself.</p><p>Thanks to all for all of their help!  I hope someday to check out EQ2 Extended again, but for sure not now!</p>

<p>I am glad that "most" of it worked out.  The last that I saw from TSR Jamison was that they were looking into why this happened.  Hopefully they wuill have it fixed by the 31st <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>friday 8/27/2010 login in eq 2 extended went boom, to everyone they said its fixed but now once again my 3 SA access accounts 29.99 have lost gold status in eq 2 extended so we cant play till fixed help someone in red please.</p>

<p>Apparently I'm now having this issue too.  Tried to log in this morning and it said I didn't have a subscription.  Figured my credit card must have denied the monthly charge so went to change credit cards.  It says I don't have Sentinal's Fate (I've had it since it came out), doesn't give me the option to pay my usual $29.95 monthly fee (only offers $14.95 and 3 month + options).</p><p>I've never tried EQ2 extended, or any betas related to that.  I haven't done anything to my account or tried anything new lately.</p><p>I'm going to PM Zoltarath as he posted on page 1 to do for those of us having a problem.  Just wanted to make you guys aware you're still having problems!</p><p>Thanks.</p>
