Weapons and Apparance slots with the new GU57

<p>I read somewhere that in the new patch I could use a different weapon in my appearance slot, that is one that I may not normally be able to use?</p><p>I don't know if I have got this wrong by as an Inquis I would love to be able to use a sword and shield however it won't let me put one in my appearance slot.</p><p>Have I understood the patch notes incorrectly?</p>

<p>My understanding of it is that it means the types do not need to match. IE if you're using a 2HB you can put a sword-and-board in appearance. But they still have to be items you could normally equip.</p><p>I haven't tested it in game yet (haven't had a chance to get in since the GU), but that is my reading of the notes.</p>
