Controlled Rage Line Change?

<p>Forgive me if i am wrong, but has the controlled rage line changed recently?  I remember being able to keep this buff up 100% of the time due to the duration being 30secs and recast at 24secs.  As it is right now, the recast timer is not starting until after the 30sec buff wears off.  Is this a recent change or a bug?  All my other spells that have a duration start the recast timer as soon as the spell is cast.</p>

<p>No, the recast timer for it has always started when the buff expired.</p>

<p>ditto, it has always supposed to re-trigger after wearing off and as far as i've noticed it always has been this way.</p>
