Need language clarifcation on updated not automatically getting x at x level

<p>For example: <span ><span>Crusaders will no longer automatically receive “Pledge of Armament” at level 17</span></span></p><p>Does this mean:</p><p>a) Crusaders do not recieve this spell at this level anymore</p><p>or</p><p>b) Crusaders do not automatically recieve this spell and must obtain it some other way?</p><p>I would guess a from the way we get every spell now autmatically but... I'm sure someone else wonders this too.</p>
