Make illusionists on par with coercers

<p>I watched the dev panel on game mechanics from FanFaire.  When the question was brought up regarding nerfs to illusionists, the dev reply was that illusionists still give good power. (/sigh)  When asked about DPS, the developer did not seem to know that illusionist can be significantly out dps'd by their coercer counterparts.</p><p>Developers, please take a equally geared coercer and illy and test it out yourself on a dummy.  If the skill is there, the coercer will out dps illusionists significantly.</p>

The sheer depth of ignorance shown in the answers was really quite sad.</p><p style="font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The community here would be happy to try and help with this in any way we could, if the devs could only be bothered to ask. If they had bothered to ask before fan faire, there wouldn't be a bunch of video clips of them now exposing the poverty of their understanding of the game they are supposed to be developing.</p></p></span></p>

<p>Responses from anyone whether it be end users or developers (a given) on the official forums are going to be far and few between with the hammer wildly swinging threatening to hit anyone who might disagree.  I am sure the forums will slip back into its once-a-month post complacency while big brother carefully searches for its next target.</p>
